Charlie's Bird

living the dream with Charlie and Thandi and chirping all the way back to the nest.

Wild girls always do!

…woweeeeeee! What an inspiring experience. Yes, the physical journey had its tough moments, but the Wild Coast is just spectacular and the fellowship and camaraderie of 26 women running together was incredible.

I will share anecdotes over the next few days, but today I give you my photographic memories…

Stunning pics. What was the cow doing on the beach? (sounds like a joke)
Congrats, looks like you had a blast. SA is indeed beautiful

The cows come down to beach often in the Transkei – it’s cooler, there is salt and there are fewer ticks!

We had cows on our front lawn once. They have such gentle eyes.
